Pakistan: This is real. This is now. You can make a difference.

Over 1.23 million houses have been damaged. at least 1,500 have already died, and more than 2,000 have been injured. The video slide show below will give you some idea of how the people of Pakistan have been affected, and how the Red Cross Red Crescent has reacted quickly to provide assistance to those in the greatest need. -

At least not in the sports arena immediately after he had knocked out his opponent after two minutes in the taekwondo final. However, Moon Dae Sun went back to the knocked out finalist, helped him stand up and arm-in-arm, they went around the arena to greet and thank the audience. Doing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation with your teammates watching in cheering can quite an ordeal, but once they got “in to it”, everybody wanted to try. And then they wanted to do the anti-choking exercise, but they all skipped out when it came to bandaging. -

As the people of Pakistan continues to suffer the effects of severe flooding caused by torrential monsoon rains, the volunteers and staff of the Pakistan Red Crescent Society are in high gear to assist those in greatest need. -

Aunque Hamish y Robert son campeones en sus propias causas, los que realmente me inspiraron fueron los jóvenes atletas con grandes sueños de cambiar el mundo. -
