The twenty participants who took part in this important training were selected from across the seven regional branches of the National Society along with the members of the national youth commission and staff of the society. -
Italian Red Cross embraces Club 25
Posted on June 29, 2010 | No CommentsThe Italian Red Cross plans to pilot the Club 25 programme in three regions of Italy by September of this year. The initial pilot projects will be in Lombardy, Lazio and Sicily, but the intention is to eventually have active Club 25 groups across Italy. The joint project will see young volunteers be trained to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation among peers in schools and through special events. -
