Youth volunteers, vital to emergency response in South Kordofan, Sudan

Over 600 Sudanese Red Crescent Society (SRCS) volunteers have been working in South Kordofan during the emergency situation, of which more than half are youth volunteers. -

The campaign goal was to address stereotypes about homeless people. It sought to raise awareness on the different circumstances that lead to homelessness and show the diversity of places people end up living when they cannot afford a safe and secure home. -
First Responder Course Impacts the Lives of High School Students

Proud and excited to have received her first responder certification, she decided to use her life-saving skills the first chance she was given, which came along during her freshman year in high school.
